What things cost.
We publish entry prices because you cannot budget for what you cannot see. Fees are fixed. Programmes are quoted against a written scope, and scope changes are priced before they happen.

Quoted against scope
Everything else.
These depend on the size of the firm, the number of practice groups and offices, and what already exists. We quote in writing after a short conversation, never on the spot.

Terms, in plain words
What we ask, and what we refuse.
Payment
40% on signature, 40% before the first on-site day, 20% on delivery of the closing outputs.
Places, not headcount
Programmes state the number of assessed places and sessions. Unfilled seats are not credited.
No live client data
Every exercise uses fictional matters built in your practice areas, unless a documented safe environment is agreed in writing.
Travel
Travel and accommodation at cost, by prior agreement.
Cancellation
50% within 14 days, 100% within five working days. Court commitments are disclosed at booking.
Conflicts
As a practising barrister, Chris runs a conflicts check before every engagement.
Not a free hour
We do not do a free consultation. We do a paid diagnostic that produces a plan you can use without us, and we credit it in full if you go on.
Start with the scorecard, or start with a call.
Ten questions tell you where you stand. Twenty minutes tells us what to quote.
