The introductory 20-minute call is free. A two-hour session for up to 30 people costs £2,500 plus VAT. A half-day practical workshop for up to 20 costs £3,500 plus VAT. Firm-wide programmes, policy work and implementation are quoted after we agree the scope.

Firm-wide programmes
Quoted after we agree the scope.
Five programmes by firm size: a practice-group programme and a 90-day adoption programme for firms of up to about 50 fee earners; Foundation, the Capability programme and Managed adoption for firms of 50 to 300. Each is described on the law firms page. The fee depends on the number of practice groups and offices, not on headcount, and your proposal sets out the work, the timetable and a fixed fee.

No commissions
We receive no commission or referral fee from any software provider.

Chris Jeyes designs and delivers every session himself.
Fixed fees
Entry prices are published. Larger programmes are quoted against a written scope, and any change to scope is priced before it happens.
A free first call
The 20-minute call to work out what fits costs nothing. Paid work starts only once you have accepted a written proposal.
UK or EU processing
The tools we set up run on UK or EU endpoints with contractual zero data retention, agreed with you before installation.
Payment
40% on signature, 40% before the first on-site day, 20% on delivery of the closing outputs.
No live client data
Every exercise uses fictional matters built in your practice areas, unless a documented safe environment is agreed in writing.
Travel
Travel and accommodation at cost, by prior agreement.
Full engagement terms, including cancellation, are set out in each proposal before anything is signed.
